Q: Please tell us about your current plans after high school. And what inspired you to choose this path?
A: I am headed to Georgia State to study Nursing. Much before this pandemic I felt that this was a career I wanted to pursue to help others and now more than ever !
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
A: Our blended family has lived in Suwanee for 7 years, and we moved here from the midwest due to my Moms job. There are 5 of us ranging from 23 to 12 years old and we have a lot of fun together.
Q: Where do you go to school?
A: North Gwinnett High School
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: My very favorite is Chipolte and Ippolitos for those delicious rolls
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
A: A young sweet girl called Rachel that I met with my Mom while helping her with a Make A Wish granting. She had a brain tumor and eventually passed away. It really impacted me how short life can be and how important family is.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: Spain – to see my extended family and hug them
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: I am watching Schits Creek right now for the second time
Q: What’s the best advice you ever received from a teacher? Who was the teacher?
A: Rebecca Carlisle, AP World History Teacher. She also won teacher of the year. She gave so much encouragement as a teacher and made me want to excel
Q: What is your go to band when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: The 1975
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
A: My friend Georgia as we ground each other. We would probably meet at Chipolte!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
A: The sense of family
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
A: Graduating and participating in some travel nursing and would like to possibly work in Spain for a while

A: Schitts Creek

A: Christmas

A: My Mom
Q: If you could go back over your entire school career what is one thing you would do different?
A: Realize that it goes so much faster (High School) that you realize and that the choices you make as a freshman through junior affect the rest of your life

A: My friends
Q: Were you involved in any sports or extra curricular activities?
A: I danced for North Gwinnett Dance for four years
