Q: Please tell us about your current plans after high school. And what inspired you to choose this path?
A: I am going to Georgia Gwinnett College. My major is Business. I decided to go to a local school to save money while taking my core classes. I am not sure yet where I would like to transfer. That’s a question for freshman year.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
A: I am an only child, and I live with my parents Gina and John. We love to have family game night. We also have two little dogs, Grazie and Prego.
Q: Where do you go to school?
A: A couple of my favorite restaurants are Chick-Fil-A, Daddy O’Briens, and Taco Mac.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: I love to travel, so my list is long. If I had to pick just one place, it would be Italy. I am Italian and my parents went there for their honeymoon. Bonus: I heard that the food and the views are exquisite.
Q: What’s the best advice you ever received from a teacher? Who was the teacher?
A: I was involved in DECA throughout high school, and Mrs. Kucera was one of my advisors. She always motivated and inspired me to work hard, always do my best, and think outside the box.
Q: What is your go to band when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: Thomas Rhett
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
A: After visiting London, I think I would really enjoy having lunch with Kate Middleton (The Duchess of Cambridge). We would eat at Bottles and Bones.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
A: Suwanee has so many parks. We are so lucky! I love walking in all of the parks, but the Greenway at Suwanee Town Center is my favorite. The fresh air and the beautiful scenery is so peaceful and calming.
Q: What show are you binge watching right now?
A: The show I am currently watching is All American.
Q: Favorite month? holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
A: December is my favorite month. My birthday and Christmas are both in the month of December.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: My family inspires me to be better in school, extra curricular activities, and life.
Q: If you could go back over your entire school career what is one thing you would do different?
A: I wish I would have thought about school as a stepping stone to my future and not just something I had to do. I look forward to college as a fresh start and an opportunity to really focus on my future.
Q: Who or what do you miss the most right now?
A: I really miss shopping with my mom. I miss hanging out with my friends and I really miss seeing my boyfriend.
Q: Were you involved in any sports or extra curricular activities?
A: I have been involved in a lot of activities through my school career. I played soccer, I was a gymnast, I played a little golf and I currently do archery. I was also very involved in DECA, making it to Internationals every competition.
Q: What’s the first thing you want to do when this quarantine is over?
A: I can’t wait for stores and public places to reopen, and hang out with my friends.
