What High School do you attend?

Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My younger brother, Caleb, is a sophomore at North Gwinnett High School and part of the ChargeNorth program. He’s also on the Junior Varsity soccer team.
My mom was born and raised in Atlanta. After living in Charlotte for a while, her and my dad have lived in Atlanta for the last twenty years or so.
My family loves spending our time outdoors, whether it be out on the lake or at sporting events.
We also have a dog, a Cockapoo named Cooper.
What are your plans after graduation?
After I graduate high school, I plan to start attending Georgia Tech in the fall. I’ll be majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Ippolito’s and Mellow Mushroom
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Venice, Italy. I’ve always wanted to visit. It’s supposed to be a beautiful city, and I’ve always been enamored with the idea of the canal streets.
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Disney’s Encanto
If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
Don’t let yourself fall behind; pulling yourself back up will be much more difficult than keeping pace with your workload. You can help yourself out by keeping a calendar of assignments and upcoming deadlines and tests.
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?

If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
Stan Lee. His work shaped a great deal of my childhood, and I’d love to talk with him about said work and how he went about creating it. As for where to meet? I suppose I’d choose Mellow Mushroom.
What is your favorite thing about our community?
How much it feels like a cohesive whole, particularly with events and festivals.
Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Going for a Master’s in mechanical engineering
What is something on your bucket list?
Write a novel-length piece of original fiction.
What is your go to band / singer when you can’t decide what to listen to?

Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
December is my favorite month. It provides a break from school, a major holiday focused on family and celebration, and excellent weather for wearing hoodies.
In that same vein, Christmas is probably my favorite holiday. Family gathers to celebrate together with presents and good food, and the decorations are always a blast.
As for the best single day on the calendar? I’d be lying if I answered with anything other than my birthday. It’s a day meant to celebrate the simple fact that I exist. What’s not to love?
